Time To Read, the North West Libraries Reader Development Partnership is proud to launch its new website on World Book Day 2003.
2003 sees the first ever World Book Day on-line festival in the UK - an opportunity to see, listen to and talk to celebrity writers - from Nigella to Terry (Pratchett of course), Meera Syal to Andy McNab and many others.

Librarians in the North West have pioneered partnership working to encourage new readers into libraries. Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. All 23 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
