3. Trainee Achievements
The overall impression from the trainees themselves and from their local managers was that they both adapted well to the library environment. They were enthusiastic about their work and contributed over and above what might have been expected of new recruits. In the activities listed below, details can be seen of the sorts of activities both trainees participated in and organised themselves.
