6. Monitoring and Evaluation
Progress with this strategy will be monitored bi-annually by the TTR co-ordinator, who will report progress to SCL NW. When Readers For Life 2 is adopted by SCL NW, the TTR co-ordinator will ask authorities to report their "baseline" position, so that progress can be clearly identified over the following 3 years.
In addition the TTR will continue to capture examples of good practice in all areas of activity, making them available to all NW Library Services via reports and www.time-to-read.co.uk
The strategy is delivered through an action plan encompassing the new actions identified above as well as ongoing and current areas of reader development activity in the region. The action plan is monitored by the TTR co-ordinator and reported to the TTR steering group and SCL NW every quarter.

- Delivering Local Priorities
