Julie Spencer
Was the regional project co-ordinator for Reading Lifelines and Everybody's Reading. In 2002 she was awarded the TC Farries PR Personal Achievement Award, and received the MBE for services to librarianship. Julie is now Customer Services Manager for Bolton Libraries.

Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. All 23 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
