Susan Stephens

BIOGRAPHY
Susan trained to be an opera singer at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. She has a diploma from the college as well as an MA in Music from the University of York and is also a trained Montessori teacher. Susan sang with the BBC Northern singers and the D’Oyly Carte Opera Company before becoming a presenter of the BBC children’s programme Playschool.
Susan wrote four non-fiction books before buying a day with the legendary Mills and Boon author Penny Jordan at a charity auction. It was Penny who persuaded Susan to write romance and now both authors are contributing to the same exciting new continuity series - The Royal House of Niroli - to be published in 2007 by Mills and Boon.
