How to send in an image.

Open the digitised image you wish to send using your preferred image package (e.g. Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, MS Paint, Ifran Viewer etc)
Check the dimensions of your image...
Maximum height: 300 pixels.
Maximum width: 250 pixels.
...and crop/resize your image accordingly.
Save the image to your computer's hard disk. To do that,
from your Image Package's menu bar, select
File -> Save As, and choose to save your file in "jpeg" file format.
Come back to this form and click the [BROWSE] button.
A window will appear prompting you to locate the file you wish to send.
Locate the image you saved on your hard disk.
The path of the file you wish to send should now be displayed next to the [BROWSE] button.
