Time To Read is
managed by a steering group which is currently comprised of the following members:

Subnum Hariff-Khan (Head of Service Oldham and SCL NW Lead for the Reading Offer)

group meets quarterly to approve plans and budgets and provide direction for
the co-ordinator. A written report is
submitted to SCL NW for each of their meetings.

include Time To Read's promotional downloads, toolkits and training
modules, as well as a discussion forum. These are currently only available to
staff from subscribing Time To Read Authorities.
Librarians in the North West have pioneered partnership working to encourage new readers into libraries. Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. 22 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
