Posted 28 Mar 2014 by Helen Towers in Latest Libraries News

Barrow Library (Cumbria)  has just reopened after a major refurbishment.

The work is part of Cumbria County Council's plan to modernise and improve the library service - and will bring Barrow in line with its other main libraries at Carlisle, Kendal, Penrith and Workington by updating self-service machines and giving the building a general refurbishment.
