26 June 2017 is the 20th Anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Bloomsbury and Pottermore will be celebrating the anniversary with numerous activities throughout the month of June and with events continuing later in the year.
Public libraries up and down the North West will be taking part and most libraries will be able to offer free and unlimited e-book copies of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" from 26 June to 9 July.
I believe the spell used may be "Accio Harrypotterus Ebookerus!"
More information is on the Libraries Taskforce website
