Colette Snowden

Award winning author Colette Snowden met avid readers at Touchstone Arts and Heritage Centre during her author talk and signing of her debut novel The Secret to Not Drowning.

Staff from Rochdale Library Service were also busy giving away free books to travellers at Rochdale Interchange and Rail Station. Hundreds of books provided by The Reading Agency were given away to passengers to enjoy on their journey.

Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. 22 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
