Between October 2014 and January 2015 Time To Read will be trying to spread this message further. We want to recommend some  books to you  that can be read in a short time and some which may lift your mood.

We will be holding events with people who are passionate about reading and who want to help us to spread the Just 6 Minutes message.

We know we should eat more fruit and veg. We know we should take more exercise. Now we have the perfect reason to read more as well. It will make us feel better.

Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. 21 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
