Laura-Jane Foley is a poet and lecturer from Cheshire. She has written for many national publications including the TES, The Observer and Politick! Magazine. Recent publications include, The Butterfly Book (2009) and The Old Parsonage (2010).

Founder of Politick! Magazine - aimed at encouraging young people 18-35 to get interested in politics.

Librarians in the North West have pioneered partnership working to encourage new readers into libraries. Time To Read is a partnership of librarians engaged in reader development activity in public library authorities in the North West Region. 22 public library authorities in the region currently support Time To Read.
