Workshop & Reading Experience

I have been leading workshops and presenting to audiences large (1000) and small for many years and in many countries. My presentations are delivered usually without notes, with humour and even songs, to engage and entertain as well as inform. Since I started with fiction writing I have presented talks to library and readers' groups, festivals and WI groups around Cumbria: these could focus on the historical research involved or on the process or writing and self-publishing.

Other information

My previous education experience combines well with the more recent writing and publishing to make me - I believe - a particularly effective speaker and workshop leader. I have many endorsements on Linkedin and 640 Twitter followers.

Talks normally last for 45 minutes. Any number in audience, but less than a dozen feels flat.
